For the first time since 2015, Section 4 has a defending state wrestling champion.
Back then, it was Waverly's AJ Burkhart.
This year, it's Norwich junior Dante Geislinger. In February at Albany's Times Union Center, Geislinger came from the fifth seed to win the 99-pound Division II title, beating Camden's Devin Coleman, 9-4 in the final.
