PITTSFORD, N.Y. - The Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference (ECWC) released the 2022-23 All-Academic Team and St. John Fisher University Wrestling Program has 13 student-athletes earn the honor.
The conference honored a record high 106 total wrestlers in this season's release, marking the fifth consecutive year that the All-Academic Team topped the 50-mark and third straight year with over 90 honorees.
Recipients of this honor must have a 3.20 cumulative grade-point average or higher (through the last eligible grading period of the current academic year) or have maintained a 3.20-or-better over the past two completed semesters. Wrestlers must also have competed in at least three separate events during the season to gain consideration. Freshmen and transfers that have been enrolled full-time for at least one semester are eligible to receive this honor.

At 133 pounds, freshman, Derek Bernardino.
At 141 pounds, freshman, Torin Bishop.
At 184 pounds, freshman, Nathan Coon.
At 157 pounds, freshman, Blaise Coppola.
At 165 pounds, freshman, Ryleigh Duryee.
At 197 pounds, freshman, Richard Hess.
At 184 pounds, Graduate Student, Jack Lestrange.
At 149 pounds, senior, Luke Lupisella.
At 149 pounds, junior, Joshua Maslyn.
At 174 pounds, freshman, Zachary Miller.
At 133 pounds, freshman, Zenmatsu Myles.
At 285 pounds, freshman, Nathan Rourke.
At 174 pounds, sophomore, Josiah Prosser.
