ALL-AMERICAN! Ithaca's Torres Finishes Seventh at 141 Pounds

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Ithaca College senior Isaias Torres finished seventh at 141 pounds to earn second career All-America honors, extending the Bombers' All-American streak to 42 consecutive seasons at the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships.

The two-day national tournament was held at the Alliant Energy PowerHouse, where Ithaca concluded the championships in 32nd place overall with 12.5 team points.

Torres had an opportunity to advance to the fifth-place match but dropped a hard-fought bout to Wesleyan University's Hayden Myers, who secured a fall at the 1:28 mark. The second-place regional finisher responded in his final collegiate match with a strong performance, recording three takedowns on his way to a 13–3 major decision over Cole Becker (Augsburg) to secure seventh place.

Torres caps off a prolific career on the South Hill with a 39–10 record during the 2024–25 season and 123 career victories, ranking sixth all-time in program history.
