The climb for Devon Weber in high school wrestling has been steeper than most, but the Greece Storm standout keeps smiling as the hard work continues
There are signs of progress from the Greece Storm middleweight.
Weber, a sophomore, has advanced to the Division I or large schools state championships for the second consecutive season. The 2025 Democrat and Chronicle All-Greater Rochester Team member earned his place inside MVP Arena in downtown Albany Feb. 27-28, by winning the 157-pound Division I weight class on Valentine's Day during the Section V state qualifiers.
