WAYLAND — It has been a historic season for the Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton girls wrestling team.

After having one girl wrestle on the boys’ team a year ago, the team now features 12 girls who have compiled a 6-2 record, including a 35-5 win Tuesday over Warsaw.
