HORNELL – Host Hornell picked up pinfalls from Hunter Weitzel (126), Anatole Colson (132), and Trevor Hawks (190) as they edged Bath Haverling 43-42 on the Raiders’ Senior Night in the Maple City.
Weitzel won by pin over Reed Vanskiver; Colson pinned Robert Jerrell; and Hawks pinned Julius Griffin.
Also for Hornell, Brennan Carroll (103), Xavier Raycroft (110), Patrick Wing (175), and Ryan Wasilewski (285) all via forfeit.
For Bath, Lucas Mills Travis (118) and Julian Apodaca (215) were victorious by pinfall.
Hornell also recognized their two seniors, Connor Meehan and Ryan Wasilewski.
Meehan is currently undecided on a school, but will be studying sports medicine.
Wasilewski will be attending the University of North Western Ohio to study agricultural and diesel technology.
