ORANGEBURG - For the second straight year, it was a small-school that packed a big punch at the Rockland County wrestling championships.
Last year, Division II team Nanuet broke a 40-year title drought when it claimed the Rockland team title. On Saturday, bragging rights and team championship hardware belonged to another Division II school, as Pearl River ascended to the top of the county.
