HORSEHEADS - The Horseheads Blue Raiders faced some familiar foes in the Section IV Duals on Tuesday, and they came away with a dominant performance to win their third straight sectional crown.
Horseheads topped Elmira 51-23 in the semifinals and then defeated Corning 60-3 in the final to claim the title.
