ALBANY - The nerves and anxiousness that come along with wrestling in your first ever state championship match suddenly dissipated for Aaron Wolk.
The Horace Greeley senior knew everything was in place to complete his favorite move, and he felt a sense of calm in that moment.

Here's the alleged bite. By far the weirdest ending I've ever seen in a state final... but nonetheless, Meglino is a champ. #lohudwrestling pic.twitter.com/vTV75OGmae

A stellar comeback and a bizarre final
While Logan and Wolk won with dominance, and Kovacs earned his revenge, Meglino won on the most bizarre of circumstances.
Matched up against defending state champ Ross McFarland of Phoenix, he was awarded the win by disqualification after referees determined that McFarland bit Meglino's hand during the second period.
Meglino was trailing 2-0 at the time, and after reaching across McFarland's face to attempt a reversal, he suddenly screamed out in pain with blood dripping from his finger.
