WESTFIELD — Westfield Academy and Central School senior Austin Bourgeois certainly epitomizes the definition of a scholar/athlete.

Bourgeois is headed for Albany this week to compete in the state championship for wrestling. He is the first Westfield wrestler to qualify for the state competition in a decade. He takes part in the combined WACS-Chautauqua Lake wrestling program.
