This is the second year in a row the best high school wrestling teams in the state will be determined on the mat, with Hilton, Spencerport and Canisteo-Greenwood from Section V still in the running for those titles.
Hilton, Spencerport and Canisteo-Greenwood all competed last year in the first New York State Public High School Athletic Association Dual Meet Championships. Canisteo-Greenwood came the closest to leaving Onondaga Community College with a championship, losing to Mount Sinai in the DIvision II, or small schools, final.
