The Williamsville South wrestling team's third ECIC Division II win was a big one as they downed last year's league champion Starpoint, 43-36, at home Dec. 19. The Billies' league record is 3-1.

"Starpoint was last year's league champion, so we knew we would encounter a tough test," South coach Chris Heximer said. "We also wrestled them previously this year and lost by 12."

Heximer said the team's experience led them to a close victory.
