Zach Braddell's chances of qualifying for the state meet for the third consecutive year took a hit at the Section VI Division II State Qualifier at the Seneca Nation Allegany Community Center in Salamanca.

Braddell, a sophomore at Tonawanda and the top seed at 120 pounds, lost to second seed David Poff of Gowanda, 5-3, in the finals. Poff placed second and third at 126 at sectionals for the past two years before dropping down to 120.
