LOCKPORT — Fredonia's Dakota Gardner continued his brilliant season Saturday with a win in the 152-pound weight class at the Lockport Optimists Wrestling Tournament.

Gardner's 4-0 run in the event helped Fredonia to a ninth-place finish out of 22 teams, and got him named Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament, according to his coach, Joe Santilli.
