1960-1961 Rochester Yellowjackets
Under the leadership of its new coach, Leo Bernabi, the U of R varsity wrestling team had the finest record of its short career. With high inspiration and a fine knowledge of the sport, Coach Bernabi led his grapplers to a present 5-1 record. After dropping the season's opener to RPI, the U of R began a string of five victories including wins over Allegheny, Clarkson, Union, Alfred and Hobart. SOURCE: 1962 Interpres.
