Blue Devil Grapplers Beat Marion 29-8
The Blue Devil Wrestling Team won its first home meet 29-8 at the expense of Marion Central School on Saturday. Highlight of the match was the last contest which saw Bob Schutte pin his man in one minute and five seconds. Bob, who did not make weight at 138, agreed to wrestle unlimited for Harry Buck who was sick. Bob co-captains the team with John Leary. SOURCE: Victor Herald, Thursday, December 20, 1962.
