ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.
We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and
articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies
of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find
lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time,
make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get
started and how to print out the articles that you find.

Advertise in the 2008 State Tournament Souvenir Program
The New York State High School Wrestling Tournament will be held at Blue Cross
Arena in Rochester, NY on March 8-9, 2008. Organizers expect to sell out the
arena for this event and most of the spectators will be from the Section V area.
Your business or organization can reach thousands of people by placing an ad in
the souvenir program. The 120 page program, which received national recognition
in 2006, not only will contain the names of the current entries but the names of
all State Tournament place winners since 1963 as well as photos of each year's
state champions. It will be a collector's item. |

Section V Friends of Wrestling (FOW) will receive a commission for any ads
placed through our group. Every cent earned by Friends of Wrestling is spent on
Section V wrestlers and we need this financial support to duplicate what we have
done in past years.
