We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and
articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies
of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find
lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time,
make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get
started and how to print out the articles that you find.

2004-05 Outlook
November 2004
SUNY Brockport's wrestling team featured plenty of new
comers when the 2004-05 opened November 7 at West Virginia. The Golden
Eagles entered the season with a #17 ranking in the Brute-Adidas Division
III Preseason Rankings.
Don Murray returns one from his five 2003-04
All-Americans. Plus, two of his six Empire Conference Champions return to
defend their titles.
Junior Tony D'Ambra will be the key man at 133. D'Ambra
was last season's Empire Conference Champion and was awarded as the Most
Outstanding Wrestler. He finished the season with a 18-11 record.
Returning All-American, three-time national qualifier,
and Empire Conference Champion, Dan Roberts, will be a factor at 141. Watch
for Pat Hanscomb, a 149 senior, who finished with a 11-9 record in 2003-04.
Returning junior Duncan Iannucci will add stability at
the heavyweight. He had a 12-6 record in 2003-04, was the winner of both
freestyle and Greco-Roman titles in the Empire State Games, and is ready to
fill the shoes at heavyweight.
The outstanding freshman class that has been added to
Brockport's team for the 2004-05 season is also ready to compete.
