ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.  We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and articles as well.  Many college and public libraries have microform copies of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years.  In them, you can find lots of wrestling results. With only a few of last year's squad returning, the wrestling team had a rather poor season this year. The Raiders won three matches and lost seven. Ken Lewis, Leroy Brenner, and Melvin Perry sparked the team's hopes by becoming Bi County champions. With the young squad shaping up well, we expect a very successful 1957 season. (Maple Leaf, 1957)

ARMDRAG NOTE: This info is from the 1957 Maple Leaf but, judging by that last sentence, might be for the 1956 team. Perhaps that's why some of the team members mentioned in the write-up aren't pictured in the associated photo.
