ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives. We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time, make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get started and how to print out the articles that you find.

1949-50 Marshall Jurists Wrestling Team

Although hit very hard by the graduation of many veterans of last year's squad, the Marshall matmen turned in a season's record which they can be proud of.

Throughout the season such men as the Hann brothers, Lyle Ingerick, Fremont Clow, and many others fought their very best. Last year's sectional champ, Lyle Ingerick, didn't fare quite so well this year as last; while another sectional champ, Whitney Mitchell, showed exceptional skill.

All things considered, the season was good, with everyone doing his best at all times. (John Quill, John Marshall, 1950)
