ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.
We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and
articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies
of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find
lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time,
make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get
started and how to print out the articles that you find.

Rochester Central Y.M.C.A.
wrestlers took the majority of honors in the New York state Y.M.C.A.
wrestling championship tourney at the Central Y last night, winning four
first places. Bronx Central finished second, Oswego and Ithaca tied for
third.
George Stafford, of Ithaca, collegiate and national champion in the
heavyweight class, won the feature of the night, when he tossed Rufus
Anderson, of this city, in 3 minutes, 18 seconds. Anderson gave the
Ithacan quite a battle but the visitors' experience was too much for the
Rochester man, a fire chief.
Bradbury, of Rochester, and Kelly, of the same team put on an
interesting match, Bradbury winning on experience. Kelly is but a
second-year man at Charlotte High School, while Bradbury is a former
city interscholastic champion.
